I Was Charged by PDF Guru Without My Consent After Trial
On 25 March 2026 I subscribed to PDF Guru for a one‑week period. At the time of subscribing, I accepted a charge of €0.99 for this week of service. However, on the same day two separate charges appeared on my account: one for $0.99 and another for €0.99. Later, on 1 April 2026, a further charge of €49.99 was made. All payments were processed via PayPal. I only agreed to pay the first €0.99 for one week of use and at no time did I authorize either the additional $0.99 charge on 25 March or the €49.99 charge on 1 April. I have not received any satisfactory response or explanation from the company regarding these amounts. I request an immediate refund of the $0.99 charge from 25 March 2026 and the €49.99 charge from 1 April 2026, and I ask that my subscription be limited strictly to the initially accepted €0.99 payment. I also expect a clear explanation of why these unauthorized charges were made and confirmation that no further amounts will be taken without my explicit consent.
