PDF Guru App Charged $49.94 Without Permission — How to Cancel and Get a Refund

On October 17, 2025, I used the PDF Guru mobile app to perform a one-time PDF conversion, and a charge of $1.64 was made to my credit card for that transaction. However, when I reviewed my card activity today, I discovered that an unauthorized charge of $49.94 had been made, and a two-year subscription was started without my consent. I immediately canceled the subscription through the app.

The invoice for the payment lists the Payment Receipt No: BD45fdf4-785a-4239-9fe2-79f220c71785. The transaction took place via the App Store. I have already sent an email to customer support, but I haven’t received any response yet.

I request that the unauthorized subscription be canceled immediately and that the $49.94 charge be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
