Pdfguru Took Money Without Approval, How to Get It Back

On November 10, I paid $2 on Pdfguru.com for a one-week access plan. However, just after midnight on November 17, an additional $50 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or approval. I received no notification or request for confirmation regarding this charge.

I have not yet contacted the company about the issue. I believe this transaction is completely unauthorized and unfair. I request a full refund of the charge, cancellation of any subscription that may have been started without my consent, and complete deletion of my personal information from their system. I also want the necessary steps taken so other users do not experience the same problem.
