PDF Guru Charged Me $70 After Free Trial — Requesting Refund

During the free trial I started through PDF Guru, I was informed that only $2 would be charged. However, without any additional notification or my approval, $70 was withdrawn from my Halkbank credit card on December 3, 2025—once, but as a single high-value charge.

I did not receive any warning, email, or SMS regarding this large transaction, and it was never clearly stated that the subscription price would increase to this amount after the trial. For this reason, I find the charge completely unfair and misleading.

I request a full refund of the unauthorized $70 that was withdrawn from my card and the cancellation of any subscription that may have been placed on my account without my knowledge.
