Paid Once, Then Got Charged Again — Fixing PDF Guru Billing Issues
On November 16, 2025, at 6:51 AM, an unauthorized charge of $50 was withdrawn from my account by the PDF Guru website—despite the fact that I had only made a single one-time payment of $0.50 in the past and had never saved my card information. The card used ends in 1114. The email address linked to my account is le**@outlook.com, and the name on the account is Lehda N. C.
This transaction was made entirely without my knowledge or approval. I contacted my bank, filed a dispute, and cancelled my card for security reasons. I have never experienced a problem like this before.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge. Since my card has been canceled, I ask that the refund be issued to the IBAN **920006400000110. If this issue is not resolved, I will take all necessary legal action.
