I want this unauthorized subscription to be canceled immediately and the full 249.99 refunded to my account. Taking money without the user’s permission feels deceptive and unacceptable, especially when it happens quietly overnight. No company should charge such a large sum without clearly informing the customer or obtaining proper consent. I demand that PDF Guru promptly process my refund and permanently cancel any subscription linked to my account. This matter needs to be resolved urgently.
