I Face Automatic Payment From PDF Guru Without My Consent

PDF Guru has withdrawn ₺1,899 from my account without my consent. I can see that many other users have experienced the same issue and I wonder if anyone has successfully received a refund. I had originally purchased a 7-day plan, but a long time had passed since then. Now, to my surprise, I discovered that the payment was automatically charged from my account without any authorization from me. This is completely unacceptable, and I request an immediate refund for the unauthorized transaction.
