On September 28, after using the PDF Gururu Android app, ₺2,099 was charged to my account without my permission. I had used the app under a 7-day trial period, for which I had already paid the initial fee. However, even though no subscription was initiated and no active plan appears on my Google Play account, a large amount was still deducted from my card once the trial ended.
I tried to cancel the subscription, but there is no option to do so either within the app or through Google Play. I also attempted to contact PDF Gururu customer support, but it was impossible to reach anyone. My registered email address in the app is a*******@gmail.com**.
