Fake Amway LOC and Zoom Products Sent Expired and Wrong
On September 27, 2025, I ordered Amway LOC and Zoom products from the seller Dıjıpazar through Pazarama. The Zoom liquid, which should normally be blue, was sent to me in pink. Both products have a bad smell, and the packaging labels do not match the originals. I also noticed that the expiration dates had already passed. My order number is 492879946, and I received the delivery at my address. I paid a total of ₺679.50. I reported these issues through Pazarama, but my complaint was marked as malicious and deleted. Since I was sent used, expired, and non-genuine products, I request a return and a full refund of the amount I paid.
I returned the faulty products to Pazarama. The refund was made within 2 days. Thank you for their attention. I will continue to shop here with confidence. My other thanks go to the 'Şikayetvar.com' website for helping us make our voices heard.
