Failed Transaction And Lost Campaign Benefits On Pazarama
On the November 11 promotions, I tried to purchase a Hisar brand cutlery set through the Pazarama mobile application. That day, there was a +₺200 points bonus and a “2x points” campaign. Despite trying multiple times during the purchase, the system kept giving the “pay 80” error and I couldn’t complete the transaction. Right before midnight, I tried again, but encountered the same error. I wanted to use the points I had transferred from my card as part of the campaign. However, the system did not deduct my points from the total and charge the remaining amount to my credit card as it should have. Moreover, I received a message from my bank stating that the remaining amount had been withdrawn from my credit card, yet my purchase was still not completed. After contacting customer service, I received an email stating that my points were insufficient to cover the purchase amount, and therefore the transaction failed. But the system was supposed to charge the remaining balance to my card and complete the transaction. Because of this issue, I lost my +₺200 campaign benefit, couldn’t buy the product, and experienced significant inconvenience. Additionally, I found out that many other users have experienced the same problem. I request that my campaign benefit be reinstated, that any price increase on the product I tried to purchase be compensated, and that additional points be offered as an apology for the inconvenience I experienced.
