I Was Overcharged for the Keramika Maya Nordic Set
I am filing a complaint regarding an error I experienced in the Pazarama app and the lack of a refund. On July 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM, a promotion was launched for the Keramika Maya Nordic 6-person coffee set, listed at ₺199. As a Plus member, I added the item to my cart, but the price in the cart showed ₺641 with no discount applied. I have screenshots as evidence. Suspecting it was an app error, I proceeded to place the order. Even after placing the order, the product continued to display the ₺199 price for Plus members. Despite this, Pazarama claimed the item was out of stock and tried to shift the blame. However, the price was clearly ₺199 at the time of purchase, which is not my fault. Even 10 minutes after the order, the price remained ₺199. I am requesting the refund of the overcharged amount.
