I Paid Twice for 100 Robux on Itemsatış but Got No Delivery and Lost Account Access

I attempted to purchase 100 Robux on the Itemsatış platform and ended up making two separate payments—each for ₺25—but never received the Robux I paid for. After the first transaction failed to deliver any Robux or trigger a refund, I gave the site a second chance and paid another ₺25. Unfortunately, after this second attempt, my account on the site was completely blocked and I’ve been unable to access it since.
Immediately after both purchases, I contacted site support and shared my gamepass links exactly as instructed, but I never received a response. I’ve now lost ₺50 in total, received zero Robux, and been locked out of my account with no explanation or resolution.
This is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund of the ₺50 or immediate delivery of the 100 Robux I paid for. I expect prompt action from Itemsatış to resolve this issue without any further delays.
