I Face Turgame And PayTR Not Delivering Xbox Gift Card After Payment

On April 4, 2026, I purchased a €40 Xbox gift card from Turgame through their mobile website while in Morocco, and the payment was processed via PayTR. Although the payment was completed successfully, my order was canceled without my request or approval. As a result, I neither received the gift card nor a refund.
My Turgame ticket number is #68684, and my order number is #2333054. The support ticket remains open, but I have not received any response from either Turgame or PayTR. Additionally, I am currently unable to place a new order due to this unresolved canceled transaction.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so that I do not lose my money. I expect either a full refund of the €40 charged to my account or the proper completion of my order with delivery of the Xbox gift card. I also ask to be clearly informed about the action taken.
