I Cannot Get My Mango Gift Card After Payment

On April 8, 2026, I purchased a gift card worth $78 from Mango’s official website for a friend’s birthday. Although the payment was successfully charged to my credit card under “iyzico/mango.com.tr,” I did not receive any email related to the gift card.

During this process, I contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I was told that the gift card had been created and would be sent via email shortly. However, even after 48 hours, I still have not received anything.

For a brand like Mango, this experience is very disappointing. Every time I contact customer service, I am told that a request has been created and that I need to wait another 48 hours, but no actual resolution is provided.

I request that the gift card I purchased be delivered to me immediately or that a full refund of the $78 be issued without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay and a proper resolution to my issue.
