Paysend Still Hasn’t Approved My Account and I Can’t Access My Money

It has been 5 days since funds were deposited into my Paysend account, yet I am still unable to use the remaining balance because my account has not been approved. I connected my account to Apple Wallet and was able to spend most of the money, but now I cannot withdraw or use what is left.
I have already submitted all the required documents for verification, but despite this, the account approval is still pending. This situation is extremely frustrating, as I should have immediate access to my own money. To make matters worse, Paysend’s live support is unresponsive and offers no meaningful help.
I demand that Paysend approve my account without further delay and allow me to withdraw and use my funds freely. Holding back customer money while ignoring support requests is unacceptable.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will stop using Paysend permanently and report this problem to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
