PayPal Account Locked: "No Email Found" & Password Reset Issue

In 2015, I started using a PayPal account, and it has been working smoothly until now. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall the password when I attempted to log in from my new phone recently. I'm sorry, but the option to reset the password is currently unavailable. This is quite concerning, especially if there is money in your account. Whenever I visit the PayPal US section, I notice the presence of the "forgot password" option. However, upon entering my registered email, I am greeted with the message "no such email found." When I click on the "forgot email" option, it tells me that my email is correct, but for some reason, I am unable to successfully complete the process. The instructions provided by customer service are often generic and lack personalization. Honestly, I find myself trapped in the middle of this unresolved situation.
