Payoneer Verification Code Error Blocks My Withdrawal
For about ten days, I have been trying to withdraw $68 from my Payoneer account to my bank account, as I do every month. However, the system does not allow me to complete the withdrawal. Previously, I was able to withdraw my funds without any issues. The last successful withdrawal was on the 15th of last month, and since then I have not been able to withdraw any money.
When I follow the withdrawal steps and request a verification code, the code is successfully sent to my phone or email. Even though I enter the code correctly, the system displays a message saying “It looks like we’re having an issue. Please contact us if the problem continues.” On the same screen, another message appears saying “We’re having trouble sending you a code,” even though I actually receive and enter the code. After entering the code, I sometimes get a “exchange rate updated” notification and the system redirects me back to the withdrawal page, causing the process to restart from the beginning.
Because of this issue, I have been unable to transfer my money to my bank account for days. Even though I receive and correctly enter the verification code, the system keeps giving an error and does not complete the withdrawal process, which has caused significant inconvenience.
I request that the $68 balance in my account be transferred to my bank account without any additional obstacles, and that this technical issue be permanently resolved.
