Payoneer Marked My Withdrawal as Complete but I Haven’t Received the Money
On May 19, I submitted a withdrawal request from my Payoneer account. The system shows that the transaction—ID 839793987—has been completed and that the funds were supposedly sent to my bank account. However, as of today, the money still hasn’t arrived.
It’s been three full days, and I’ve received no payment, no explanation, and no update. This delay is unacceptable, especially when the system falsely marks the transaction as successful. Where is my money?
I urgently request that Payoneer investigate this issue and resolve it immediately. If the funds do not reach my bank account soon, I will stop using Payoneer altogether. I need answers now—not automated status updates that don’t reflect reality.
