I am unable to log into my Payoneer account. Even though I enter all my information correctly, I constantly receive the warning: “your password is incorrect.”
When I try to reset my password through the “Forgot Password” option, the system says that a code or email has been sent to my registered email address ([email protected]
). However, I never receive any code or email. I have checked my spam and all other folders, but there is nothing.
At one point, my account was closed and later reopened, but the same login problem continues. I even tried to register again several times, but I always end up with the same issue.
I am using an Android phone to access my account. While I have not yet transferred money into this account, I plan to use it in the future, so being able to log in is very important for me.
I previously contacted Payoneer customer service, but I have not received any response and my problem remains unresolved.
I request that my account be properly restored and that I be provided with the necessary support to log in successfully.
