Payoneer Password Reset Fails Due to Missing SMS Verification Code

I am experiencing a password error when trying to log in to my Payoneer account. When I attempt to reset my password, the system says that a verification code will be sent via SMS, but no code is delivered to my phone at all. The screen then displays a message telling me to try again after 30 minutes. Even after waiting and retrying multiple times, the problem persists and I still cannot log in.
I have not changed my phone number, and the number registered on my account is still active and fully capable of receiving SMS messages. Despite this, the verification code is never sent, which completely prevents me from accessing my account.
I am requesting that Payoneer urgently investigate this SMS verification and password reset issue and take the necessary steps to restore my access to my account as soon as possible.
