My Payoneer Account Blocked, Unable to Reset Password

My Payoneer account has been blocked, and I can’t log in. When I try to reset my password via email, I never receive the reset email, even though my address is correct (h*****************@gmail.com). Additionally, when I attempt to verify through my phone number, a different number appears, and I don’t receive any verification codes. This is incredibly frustrating. I’m experiencing the same issue repeatedly—Payoneer says they’ve sent an email, but nothing ever arrives. I contacted support, and they promised a response within one day, but it’s been longer, and still no reply.
