Unable to Access My Payoneer Account Despite Correct Credentials



I have a significant amount of funds in my Payoneer account, but I’m unable to access it. After attempting to reset my password, I’m required to answer a security question, which consistently fails even after trying over 200 times.
I urgently need access to my account. I can receive verification codes on both my registered phone number and email, yet I am still unable to log in. This issue has caused immense frustration, and I am left without any solutions despite providing all necessary information. I request immediate assistance to resolve this access issue and regain control of my account. Please address this matter promptly.

They seized the account just to charge an annual fee, a deduction of one thousand TL was made and then it was reopened. I didn't touch the account for a month after my transaction, then I logged in directly by saying I forgot my password without trying any passwords.
