Unauthorized Charges via Sipay/Paybox, Seeking Refund
On February 1, 2024, I ordered ₺990 of sunflower oil from A101 market, mistaking it for an internet purchase. After providing the bank approval number and authorizing the transaction, I observed that ₺1017.72 was deducted from my card, which was withdrawn by SIPAY/PAYBOX İstanbul TR rather than A101 market. When I contacted A101 customer support for details, I was told that they did not have such an offer and that it was a phony site that mimicked A101's page. I quickly contacted my bank's customer service agent and had all of my cards deactivated. After hanging up, I saw two additional transactions of ₺2039 and ₺600 were attempted. This SIPAY/PAYBOX İstanbul TR entity acquired my card details through a counterfeit site and debited ₺1017 from my card without my knowledge. They attempted to withdraw money as if I made transactions till my cards were revoked. This bogus organization must refund my money to my card right away. Otherwise, I'll take legal action.
