Unable to Reach Paybox for 10 Days After Payment, No Response

I have been trying to contact Paybox for the past ten days without any success. Their email is not working, and although I filled out the contact form on their website, I haven’t received any response. I made a bank transfer to their Garanti Bankaccount for a voice chat service, but they have neither acknowledged the payment nor provided any service. Despite my efforts, there has been no communication or update from their side. I need immediate assistance and a resolution, as it’s frustrating to be ignored after sending money to their account.
