I Mistakenly Sent Money to Paybox Instead of a Friend’s IBAN and Can’t Get a Refund
Today, I accidentally transferred money to Paybox instead of sending it to my friend’s IBAN. Realizing the mistake, I immediately contacted the customer support team of the app I was using, hoping they could reverse the transaction. Unfortunately, they simply told me to contact the Paybox institution directly—but they didn’t provide any phone number or direct way to reach them.
Now I’m stuck in a situation where my money is sitting with a service I didn’t intend to use, and I have no clear way to retrieve it. This lack of accessible support is incredibly frustrating. All I want is my money back.
I kindly ask that Paybox (or the relevant support team) assist me in processing a refund as soon as possible. I made an honest mistake, and I’m hoping it can be resolved quickly with a little help. Please respond.
