I Haven't Received My TikTok Payment Transferred to Garanti Bank via Payoneer

I withdrew money from my TikTok account to Payoneer, and then initiated a transfer directly to my Garanti Bank account. However, the funds still haven’t arrived, and I can’t reach customer service at all. When I log into my Payoneer account, it says the transfer is completed, but no money has been received in my bank account. This is incredibly frustrating, and I urgently need this issue to be resolved.
