My Parts Geek Customer Service Complaint Still Unresolved

On January 27, 2024, I had a minor accident with my vehicle, resulting in a cracked radiator. My regular mechanic, due to stock issues, suggested I order from Parts Geek for the replacement. I placed the order based on the product serial number provided. However, during installation, we realized the wrong part had been sent. After double-checking all the information, I confirmed that the mistake was not on my end. When I explained the issue to the customer representative, they nonchalantly advised me to stay calm and assured me they would resolve the problem. But we're not talking about a minor part here; we're dealing with a challenging-to-ship vehicle component. And because of your mistake, I may have to keep my car in the shop for another week. Customer service is utterly useless. Your foolish error has completely ruined my mood.
