In case you inadvertently ordered the incorrect part for your car and need to return it:
Return Policy: PartsGeek accepts returns for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, all parts and cores must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Obtaining an RMA number is a MUST before sending your item.
Exclusions: Please be aware that opened electrical and electronic parts are not returnable to PartsGeek. It is not possible to return an electrical or electronic component once you plug it in or open, tear, or unseal the plastic or shrink wrap. This policy is in place because incorrect installation or testing can easily damage electrical parts, and PartsGeek is unable to accept returns on these items unless they are returned unopened and undamaged.
To guarantee a seamless and effective return process, make sure to follow the specified procedure and abide by PartsGeek's return policy when initiating the return of the incorrect part.
We're here to assist you with any issues you might face on your journey. Feel free to submit your complaint at no charge and share your experience with everyone.
