I bought an Oxygen sensor for my Chevy on December 30, 2023. Upon returning to the shop a month later for installation, the mechanic immediately identified the subpar quality of the product, which was still securely sealed in its original packaging. I reached out to the Parts Geek customer service to inquire about a refund, providing a detailed explanation of the situation. However, they declined my request, stating that it exceeded the 30-day window. However, they provided me with a below-average Oxygen sensor, and all I am seeking is a refund. I find it quite perplexing that they refuse to fulfill my request. I want my money back ASAP.
