Still No Resolution For Parts Geek Refund Issues
I ordered a Windshield Wiper Blade for my vehicle from Parts Geek. Despite its higher cost, I opted for the Bosch ICON model to ensure long-term use without issues. However, due to stock issues, I was informed that my shipment would be delayed by about 10 days. Since I was going on vacation, I canceled the order and purchased a cheaper alternative from a nearby store. However, it has been a week, and I still haven't received a refund. I've been kept waiting for the delivery of my order and now I'm being kept waiting for a refund. Their refund policies are truly awful and frustrating. I'm not sure if I'll ever shop from this company again.
