I received an order from PartsGeek, and it appears to be the wrong part. I'm looking to return it, but my boyfriend opened the package and can't recall seeing a shipping label. How do they handle shipping labels for returns?

To get a shipping label for returning an item to PartsGeek, follow their return policy. You can return and get an RMA number 30 days after your purchase. You can enter your email address and order number in the "Manage My Order" section on their website or submit a support ticket within 30 days of ordering the product. PartsGeek will email an RMA number and instructions.

If you return multiple products, you should receive multiple RMA numbers. To ensure a smooth return, return items to the correct location with the RMA number. Returning items to the wrong place can delay or deny credit.

PartsGeek recommends using a carrier with insurance and a tracking number for return shipping. This protects against transit loss or damage. Write the RMA number clearly on the shipping box. Avoid writing on product boxes, which can reduce resale value.

Regardless of fault, PartsGeek does not reimburse return shipping costs, so customers must pay them. Some items take longer to receive RMA numbers, but most take 2-4 business days. You'll receive your RMA number and detailed return instructions via email. Contact PartsGeek if you don't get your RMA number within 5 business days.
