Parts Geek Delivered Wrong Order

I purchased a Power Steering Pump from Parts Geek's official website for my Toyota SUV. After thoroughly verifying the details of my vehicle, including its model, year, and part numbers, I proceeded to place the order. Unfortunately, even with my meticulousness, I received an incorrect part. Due to the incompatibility of the part with my vehicle, I had to promptly return it using a courier service. The customer service representative admitted their error and promised to quickly send the correct part. Thank you, but I don't understand why I have to wait once more due to your warehouse staff. Why aren't your employees being more attentive and thorough in their work? Recently, I've come across numerous consumer complaints regarding your company. I've noticed a decrease in the standard of your work.
