UPI Deposit Debited but Not Credited
I am writing to report an issue I have experienced with Parimatch regarding a deposit that was not credited to my account. On 30 June, I made a payment of 9,000 INR via UPI, but the deposit has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. After noticing that the money did not appear in my account, I immediately contacted Parimatch customer support. They informed me that they had not received any payment, even though the amount of 9,000 INR was clearly debited from my bank account. I have already paid this money, yet it is now stuck without any explanation or resolution from Parimatch. This situation has left me frustrated and worried, as I am missing 9,000 INR with no clear information on where my funds are or when the issue will be resolved. I kindly request that Parimatch urgently investigate this transaction, verify the UPI payment made on 30 June, and either credit the missing amount to my Parimatch account or refund it back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
