I made a deposit of 1,000 INR to my Parimatch account via UPI on April 2 at around 7:27 PM. The money was successfully debited from my account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
I tried to contact Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I also have UPI transaction details and screenshots clearly showing that the payment was completed and the amount was deducted.
I request that my 1,000 INR be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, or that this issue be urgently resolved. I am ready to provide the UPI transaction ID and screenshots as proof if needed.
