Parimatch Fails to Pay 80,000 INR After Withdrawal Approval

I am writing to report a serious issue with a withdrawal on the Parimatch website. On November 11, a withdrawal of 80,000 INR via bank transfer to my State Bank of India account was approved. However, even after 87 days, the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Since the approval date, I have been following up with Parimatch customer support almost daily. Each time, I am told that the issue will be resolved soon, but no concrete action has been taken and no funds have reached my account. This excessive delay for an approved withdrawal is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience.
I have all the relevant details available, including my Parimatch account information, the withdrawal request reference, and support ticket details, and I can provide them immediately if needed. I request that my 80,000 INR withdrawal be credited to my State Bank of India account without any further delay, and that I be given a clear explanation as to why this approved transaction has remained pending for 87 days.
