Horrible Customer Service From Parimatch

I am writing regarding unresolved withdrawal issues with my active Parimatch sports betting account (Player ID: 506226712). On November 24, 2025, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of ₹6,142 to my SBI bank account in India. I made another withdrawal request on December 7, 2025, for ₹6,341.

Even after more than 80 days, neither of these withdrawals has been credited to my bank account. Both payments were requested via bank transfer, yet the funds are still missing despite the extended waiting period.

Over the past three months, I have contacted Parimatch customer support more than 100 times through both chat and email. Unfortunately, the quality of support has been very poor, and I have not received any clear explanation or concrete resolution. I was given reference number 180274982244 for this issue, but nothing has progressed since then. My account remains active, yet my withdrawals are still pending.

I am extremely disappointed that such a lengthy delay has occurred for straightforward bank transfers and that my repeated attempts to resolve this matter have led nowhere. I request that Parimatch immediately process and credit both withdrawal amounts to my SBI bank account without any further delay and provide written confirmation once this has been completed.
