I have been using Parimatch through its website in India, and I have been facing a serious verification issue for the past 8 months. My verification documents keep getting rejected without any explanation from Parimatch, and as a result, my account has not been fully verified.
Because of this ongoing issue, I am unable to withdraw my winnings of approximately ₹7,500 from my Parimatch account. The account itself remains active—I can log in and place bets—but I cannot access my own funds due to the incomplete verification process.
Parimatch has never provided a clear reason for rejecting my documents. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but I have not received any response, and my issue remains unresolved. I find it unacceptable that my documents are repeatedly rejected without explanation and that my funds have been blocked for such a long time.
I request that my verification be reviewed promptly, that I be clearly informed if any specific document is missing or incorrect, and that my account be fully verified so I can withdraw my ₹7,500 in winnings without any further delay.
