I am writing to report a problem I am facing with Parimatch regarding my account verification and withdrawal process. I attempted to withdraw 700 to my bank account via bank transfer about 4–5 days ago, but my verification and withdrawal were rejected. For the verification process, I submitted the documents requested by Parimatch, including my Aadhar and my photo. Despite providing these, my verification has been rejected multiple times. The only response I receive is that it needs more time and it is rejected again, without any clear explanation. As a result, my withdrawal of 700 to my bank account is still not being processed. I am very dissatisfied that my money is being held like this even though I have shared the required documents. I request that my account be properly verified without further delay and that my withdrawal of 700 be approved and transferred to my bank account as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear written explanation about why my verification and withdrawal have been repeatedly rejected.
