Parimatch UPI Deposit Not Credited - SBI Payment Debited

I made a deposit of 4000 INR to my Parimatch account via the website link https://pm-betting.com/en/my-account on 04/03/2026 at around 07:10 pm using UPI from my SBI account. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank, and the transaction reference number is 715434680858, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, and they asked me to wait for 5 hours. However, more than 12 hours have now passed and the amount is still not reflected in my Parimatch balance, and I am not receiving a clear or helpful response. I request that my 4000 INR deposit be immediately credited to my Parimatch account linked to this transaction and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this delay.
