I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Parimatch account related to both deposits and withdrawals. On 2 June, I made two UPI transactions, one around 2:56 pm and another around 5:56 pm. The deposited amount has not been credited to my Parimatch account, and my withdrawal has also not been received in my bank, so my money is currently stuck. I attempted to reach Parimatch customer support through the live chat option, but I have not received any response there and there is no other contact option available to me. This situation is causing me a lot of concern because both my deposit and withdrawal are pending without any clear information or solution. I request that Parimatch urgently review these UPI transactions, ensure that the missing deposit is credited correctly or refunded, and that the pending withdrawal is processed immediately. I am specifically asking for an immediate call back from Parimatch so that this issue can be resolved as quickly as possible and I can be informed clearly about the status of my funds.
