Parimatch UPI Deposit Missing

I made a deposit of 13,555 INR to my Parimatch account on 27 September 2025 via PhonePe UPI, but the money has neither been credited to my Parimatch balance nor refunded to my bank account. The payment was successfully completed on PhonePe and I have a UPI transaction ID for this transfer, but the amount is still missing. Parimatch support is refusing the issue by claiming that they did not receive the money, even though the transaction appears as successful on PhonePe. I have created several support tickets about this problem. Each time, the status is shown as “pending” for a long time, and then after months my tickets are marked as “resolved” and the case is closed without actually solving the issue or returning my money. During these processes, I have repeatedly provided my bank and PhonePe account statements to clearly show that 13,555 INR was debited from my account for this Parimatch deposit. Despite the successful status on the PhonePe side and the account statements I have submitted, my Parimatch account does not reflect this deposit and I have been left without any information or real resolution. This situation has caused both financial and emotional stress, as this is a significant amount for me. I request that my 13,555 INR be urgently located and either immediately credited to my Parimatch game account or fully refunded back to my PhonePe/bank account, using the UPI transaction details and account statements I have already provided. I also expect a clear written explanation of why this delay occurred, why Parimatch is denying receipt of the funds, and how and when this issue will be definitively resolved instead of being marked as closed without action.
