Parimatch UPI Deposit From Fampay Not Credited to Account

I deposited money today into my Parimatch account using UPI from my Fampay account in India, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The payment went through on my side and I have the transaction ID/reference number as proof of the successful UPI transfer. I tried to reach customer support, but they have not responded or taken any action regarding this issue. I am unable to use the amount I deposited, even though it has been debited from my Fampay account. I request that the deposited amount be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, or that you urgently check the UPI transaction linked to my Fampay payment and resolve this issue without any further delay.
