Parimatch Deposit Processing and Declined

On 31 March 2026, I made a deposit of ₹300 to my Parimatch account via UPI using Omni Card through the live games section on the Parimatch website. The amount was successfully deducted from my Omni Card account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. After noticing that the balance was not updated, I contacted Parimatch customer support and was initially informed that the payment was still processing. Later, the status was updated as declined, even though the money had already been taken from my Omni Card account. I then contacted Omni Card support, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful on their side, the amount had been deducted, and there was no issue from Omni Card. The reference number for this transaction is 609000087575. At the moment, I am facing inconvenience because the funds are missing: they have been debited from my Omni Card, but they are not visible in my Parimatch account, and I have received no clear resolution. I request that the ₹300 either be promptly credited to my Parimatch account or that an effective solution and refund be provided so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this failed transaction.
