Parimatch Turns My Icashone Deposit Into Locked Bonus Without Consent

On 03/04/2026, I deposited ₹1000 to my Parimatch account through Icash.one under the deposit section. After making this payment, the amount was locked as a bonus instead of being available as a normal balance in my wallet. I did not intend or consent for this deposit to be converted into a locked bonus. There is no available option or clear way to contact either Parimatch or Icash.one customer support about this issue, so I have not been able to resolve it through their channels. I request that my ₹1000 deposit be refunded to my Parimatch wallet as a normal, fully usable balance and not as a locked bonus.
