Parimatch Converts $12 Deposit Into Locked Bonus Without Explanation

I deposited $12 via UPI into my Parimatch account yesterday. After making the deposit, the money was not added to my main balance and instead appears as a “locked bonus” in my account. I made this payment with the understanding that my deposit would be usable as normal balance along with a bonus, but now the amount is locked and I cannot use it freely. I tried to contact Parimatch customer support for clarification, but I was unable to reach them through any channel and received no explanation about why my deposit was converted into a locked bonus or how I am supposed to use it. This situation has left me confused and unable to access my deposited funds.
