Parimatch Settled Winning IPL Bets as Losses on My Account
I am raising a complaint regarding two incorrectly settled winning bets on my Parimatch account, which have caused me significant financial and emotional distress despite the bets being clearly successful.
The first issue concerns bet ID 2655, placed on April 14 at 21:09 on an IPL match involving CSK. I placed a bet that in the 19th over, across 5 balls, the total runs would be 3 including extras. The actual result for that sequence was exactly 3 runs (wide, wide, and 1 run), which matches my selection and should have been settled as a win. My stake for this bet was ₹43.82, and the correct payout should have been ₹4,382. However, the bet was incorrectly settled as a loss, and I did not receive my winnings. When I contacted support and spoke with an agent named Saimon, my case was not properly reviewed, and irrelevant match data from a different IPL season was used to justify the decision.
The second issue involves bet ID 2535, placed on April 11 at 20:57 on the IPL match between CSK and DC. My selection was that CSK’s second dismissal method would be “other.” In the actual match, the second dismissal was “retired out,” which clearly falls under the “other” category. Therefore, this bet should have been settled as a win. My stake was ₹100 at odds of 244.37, making the expected payout ₹23,437. Despite this, the bet was wrongly marked as a loss, and no winnings were paid. I attempted to contact support for this issue as well, but I did not receive any proper response or even a ticket confirmation.
Both bets were placed from my Parimatch account (ID: 227642903), and together they represent a significant amount of rightful winnings that have been denied without valid justification. This situation has caused considerable frustration and disappointment, especially after verifying that both outcomes matched my selections.
I request that Parimatch urgently review bet IDs 2655 and 2535, correct the settlement results based on the actual match outcomes, and pay the full winnings of ₹4,382 and ₹23,437. I also expect a clear written explanation for both cases and prompt correction of these errors without further delay.
