Parimatch Lost My ₹80,000 Deposit and Assigned It to Another Account

I made a deposit of ₹80,000 to my Parimatch account through both the website and the in-app system in 2024, but the money was never credited to my account balance. After submitting multiple support tickets, I was told that my funds had supposedly been added to “another account,” which I never authorized. As a result, I consider this a serious issue and a clear financial loss.
In addition to the missing deposit, I also experienced issues when placing bets. Even when a betslip appeared and the bet amount was deducted from my balance, the system later claimed that the betslip was “not properly placed” after I won, effectively blocking my winnings and withdrawals. This behavior makes the platform appear unreliable and unsafe for users.
I request that Parimatch thoroughly investigate this matter, explain how my ₹80,000 deposit could be assigned to any account other than mine without my consent, and either restore the correct balance to my account or refund my money in full. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the rejected winning betslips and blocked withdrawals, along with assurance that such issues will not occur again.
