I have been facing a serious issue with Parimatch India regarding two deposits that were never credited to my account. On November 1, 2025, I deposited ₹3,000, and on December 22, 2025, I deposited ₹520. In both cases, the amounts were successfully deducted from my payment source, but they never appeared in my Parimatch account balance.
I contacted Parimatch India customer support regarding these missing deposits, and for the past three months, I have repeatedly been told that they are “working hard” to resolve the issue. However, there has been no resolution, no clear update, and no concrete progress. This situation has now been ongoing for approximately three months, which is extremely frustrating, as my money remains stuck without any solution.
I am requesting that Parimatch India immediately credit both missing deposits (₹3,000 and ₹520) to my Parimatch account. I also expect appropriate compensation for the long delay and inconvenience, along with a clear explanation of why this issue has taken so long to resolve. I have already attached all payment slips and account statements.
