I Face Parimatch Wrong Bet Settlement Despite Correct Match Statistics

I am writing regarding an incorrectly settled sports bet on Parimatch India under my account ID 500950635.
On April 1, I placed a bet on the India I-League match between Sreenidi Deccan and Shillong Lajong FC. My selections were over 4.5 total yellow cards in the match and “race to 4” yellow cards on Shillong Lajong FC. In this match, Sreenidi Deccan received 1 yellow card and Shillong Lajong FC received 5 yellow cards, for a total of 6 yellow cards, and Shillong Lajong FC clearly reached 4 yellow cards first. Despite this, Parimatch settled my bet as a loss. Bet numbers: 26360, 26365, and 26367.
When I contacted customer support, they referred to a third-party statistics site that is not listed in Parimatch’s own rules as the official source for results. In your rules, you clearly state: “The bet settlement of statistical data takes into account the official result, which is posted on the website https://www.whoscored.com. If there is no information on this source, the information for bet settlement will be taken from the source https://www.flashscore.com.”
In my case, the settlement was not made according to these stated sources. The FlashScore statistics for this match can be seen at the official link in your rules. When I pointed this out and asked support to recheck the rules and statistics, they simply closed the chat and stopped responding instead of addressing the issue.
I have faced the same type of issue on another game as well, where the settlement did not match the actual statistics or the rules you have published. I request that this match be reviewed again using the official statistics sources specified in your rules and that the bet be correctly resettled as a winning bet, with the full winnings credited to my account.
I also request that my other similar bet with the same issue be reviewed in the same way. In addition, I expect a clear explanation as to why a different third-party source was used contrary to your stated rules and why my previous complaint was closed without proper consideration.
I ask that this situation be resolved promptly and fairly.
