I am writing regarding an issue I experienced today while using the Parimatch app in India. I deposited ₹300 into my account, but instead of being added to my real balance, the amount was placed into a bonus balance, and I am now unable to use it as I expected.
I did not participate in any promotion or accept any clear bonus terms that would indicate my deposit would be converted into a bonus instead of normal usable funds. After noticing this issue, I attempted to contact Parimatch customer support, but I have not been able to reach anyone or receive any assistance.
I request that my ₹300 deposit be converted back from the bonus balance to my real balance so I can use or withdraw it normally. If this is not possible, I request a full refund of my deposit. I also expect a clear explanation of why my deposit was converted into a bonus and a prompt resolution to this issue.
